{"id":5921,"date":"2022-07-14T08:27:00","date_gmt":"2022-07-14T07:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coronetspa.it\/?p=5921"},"modified":"2023-09-25T15:19:18","modified_gmt":"2023-09-25T14:19:18","slug":"the-coronet-group-grows-acquired-the-italian-company-synt3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coronetspa.it\/en\/the-coronet-group-grows-acquired-the-italian-company-synt3\/","title":{"rendered":"The Coronet Group grows: acquired the Italian company Synt3"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Last April 2022, an important chapter was added to the history of Coronet, thus marking <strong>a new milestone <\/strong>that made the company&#8217;s future clearer in terms of expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A few months ago Coronet closed a negotiation that led to the acquisition of<a href=\"https:\/\/www.synt3.com\/\"> Synt3<\/a>, a historical Italian player founded in 1971 and <strong>leader in the production of PU materials <\/strong>intended for the bookbinding, packaging, hospitality and safety shoe markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Increase skills and improve the offer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With this acquisition we are now forging a Group with enhanced experience and expertise, one of the biggest in Italy in the production of <strong>sustainable materials<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our multinational Company, headquartered in Milan can count on <strong>7 production sites<\/strong>: 5 in Italy, 1 in China and 1 in Vietnam with more than <strong>400 employees<\/strong> across Italy and Asia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The choice to acquire a major company in the sector, such as Synt3, was a journey milestone that started years ago that puts first the desire to increase and improve the offer to our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to this asset, Coronet\u2019s production capacity exceeds <strong>20 million linear metres <\/strong>by means of<strong> 8 coating and 4 coagulation lines<\/strong>, <strong>multiple finishings and 5 R&amp;D centres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Innovation and shared values<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Group shares similar values and philosophies on doing business and partake in the importance of making <strong>low environmental impact<\/strong> <strong>cruelty-free materials<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are excited about our future and believe this acquisition will bring great value to our customers, as well as an acceleration in innovation and growth towards greater sustainability along the green transition process.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last April 2022, an important chapter was added to the history of Coronet, thus marking a new milestone that made the company&#8217;s future clearer in terms of expansion.
